CSA week3: Roasted veggies --- Flavor of Autumn (Vegan)


Vegetables full of life. 
Roast ,coating them with:
-canola oil
-minced garlic
-all spice
-cinnamon
-salt
-pepper

 chop them up, season with more salt and pepper,
sprinkle chopped parsley.
